Clinical analysis of enteral nutrition to critically in patients

Objective Compare different nutritional therapy on critically ill patients treatment effect. Methods 160 cases of severe Medicine patients were were divided into observation group and control group in our hospital,control group patients were used PN,observation group patients were used EN. Results After nutri-tional support,In addition to TF,observation group patient’s Hb,PA,ALB were significantly higher than control group’s,observation group patient’s PA,ALB were significantly higher than nutrition ago,observation group com-plications were obviously lower than the control group’s,the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05). Conclusion Nutrition support is essential on critically ill patients,EN have a better metabolic effects and nutri-tional effects,reduces the incidence of complications of nutritional support to reduce the nursing workload,reduced medical costs,patient easy to accept,is critically ill patients the preferred means of nutritional support.
