Extraction of Cotton Genomic DNA Using Development SDS

Abstract

This research reported a development SDS method for extraction cotton genomic DNA.Through DNA extraction of general all purpose SDS method at present,we added anti-oxidant(polyvinylpyrrolidone 40 and β-mercaptoethanol)to exclude polyphenol and other secondary interfacing substance.It showed that development SDS method can solve quality of cotton DNA extraction and browning easily.
