Abstract
Objective: To provide theoretical basis for the clinical use of drugs, investigate common pathogens and drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics of wound infection in hospitalized patients.Method: Inoculate the samples of wound secretions by using nutrion agar like blood agar,MacConkey agar and Sobaurand agar, culture them at 35℃ at the same time, then used the instrument of French bioMerieux TITEK-2compat to identify the bacterium and analyze their susceptibility for the positive samples.Result:649 strains pathogens were isolated from 1080 specimens, including 332 strains of Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 51.1%,294 strains of Gram-positive cocci accounted for 45.3%,23 strains of fungi accounted for 3.6%.The top three pathogens whose isolation rate is higher than others are escherichia coli(accounted for 22.0%),Staphylococcus aureus(accounted for 12.9%),and pseudomonas aeruginosa(accounted for 11.4%).Both escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa have the lowest resistance rate to imipenem. The resistance rate of escherichia coli is 1% while it is 4% to pseudomonas aeruginosa. The resistance rate of staphylococcus to vancomycin is zero. Conclusion:The main pathogens of wound infection is Gram-negative bacilli, while the number of Gram-positive cocci is rising. The majority of the pathogens are multi-resistantance strains,so the clinical use of antibiotics should be scientific and target treatment, should be taken into practice to prevent and control nosocomial infection actively.
