Abstract

Objective: To investigate the correlation between low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and blood pressure variability. Methods: Fifty patients with essential hypertension(EH) were divided into elevated LDL group(LDL3.12mmol / L) and normal LDL group(LDL ≤ 3.12mmol / l).24h blood pressure and blood pressure variability(BPV) were monitored as blood pressure variability by non-invasive blood pressure cuff. Results: Differences in 24-hour blood pressure and BPV were observed between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusions: Average 24-hour blood pressure is correlated with BPV.
