Abstract
Objective To explore the peripheral blood T cell subsets change of cervical cancer patients with pre-and post adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods Using flow cytometry to detect peripheral blood T cell subsets,NK cells compared with the contrast group. Results The CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ in the pretreatment group is lower than the contrast group,There was no significant difference(P0.05)between them;NK value was higher than the contrast group, there was a significant difference(P0.05);There was no significant difference in different stage groups(P0.05);The CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ and NK value had been gradually reduced after chemotherapy compared with the pre-treatment,There were significantly difference(P0.05);The CD3+,NK continued to decline after Radiotherapy, while CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ increased slightly compared with the pre-treatment,there were significantly difference(P0.05).And after chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the change of peripheral blood T cell subsets and NK value show no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy will decrease the host immune function. We suggest immunotherapy should be supplemented during chemotherapy and radiotherapy,so as to enhance immune function.
