Study on the Issues of Rural Infrastructure in Xinjiang——Based on the Public Service Equalization

In recent years the government paid high attention to harmonious development between regions as well as between city and countryside,consequently attracting more attention to the public service equalization.Rural infrastructure is a very significant component in the system of rural public service;its effects play an important role in the process of realizing public service equalization.Based on these,this paper analyses the present condition of rural infrastructure in Xinjiang,compares rural infrastructure in Xinjiang with eastern and western regions,analyses existing problems of rural infrastructure in Xinjiang,for the purpose of putting forward the related countermeasures of rural infrastructure under the targets of accelerating the public service equalization in Xinjiang.
