Analysis of the equalization of basic public service with Ningbo's urban and rural basic public services as an example

Abstract

In 2013 January,Cixi,Ningbo tart special action project on the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas to enable rural people to enjoy the benefits of city.But there are many problems about the demand and the supply of basic public services.They are attributed to insufficient supply of basic public service caused by economically-centred development and bi-system of public service in rural and urban areas.
