Equalization of the Basic Public Service in Yunnan Province and the countermeasures

To realize the equalization of the public service,and minimize the gap of public service between rural and urban areas,and among regions and groups are important ways and necessary conditions for balancing the development between the rural and urban areas,and building a harmonious society in Yunnan.Through the understanding of the public service equalization,the author analyzes the status quo and the existing problems of rural public services in Yunnan,discusses the causes which lead to the differences of the services,and proposes policy suggestions on how to accelerate and promote the equalization of rural public services and build a harmonious society in Yunnan.
