Abstract
Objective To analyze urinary inhibition C serum, urine trace albumin, glycosylated hemoglobin, and in type 2 diabetes clinical significance of detection. Methods 77 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes group and Cys C and physical examination,U-m Alb and Hb ALc test and comparison. Results Detection of Cys C, U- m Alb DN group is significantly higher than the other two groups, difference had statistical significance(P0.01), Hb ALc test results is higher than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Serum Cys C, Hb ALc and U- m Alb three joint detection, to determine the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes renal injury has important clinical value.
