Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods COPD admitted to our hospital in recent years, respiratory failure patients with type Ⅱ 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were given conventional anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic antiasthmatic, expectorant, energy support conventional treatment, the control group to the low concentration of oxygen therapy in the treatment group with BIPAP mask ventilation in the treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms, vital signs, blood gas changes analysis. Results BiPAP treatment group, clinical symptoms, signs and blood gas analysis after treatment than before treatment significantly improved(pH,PaO2,PaCO2,P values were 0.05),two grokps of blood gas analysis was statistically significant(The P values were 0.05.Conclusions BiPAP ventilatory support treatment of COPD with respiratory failure has a significant effect.
