Abstract
In modern society, evaluation of government policies has important and immediate significance. Generally speaking, basis of responsibility system, requirements of systemization evaluation and norms of technical evaluation constitute modern pattern of policy evaluation. Therefore, to solve the main problems in the present field of policy evaluation, we need to build a comprehensive system for the evaluation of Chinese public policies in the respect of theoretical system, legal system, organizational system and methodical system, etc.
