Abstract
Reprieving prosecution,one of free evaluation rights,is to meet the demand of economy prosecution and penal prevention,which has been adopted in many countries.Starting with the legal bases of reprieving prosecution,the author explains the necessity of adopting the system of reprieving prosecution in our country,and gives reasonable idea about establishing the system of reprie ving prosecution.
