Study of Private Prosecution

Privite Prosecution is characterized by not being able to be replaced by public prosecution,and thus it has its own practical legitimation and reasonalbleness.But Chinese modern criminal suit law is contray to the world trend of suit system,the law enlarges the scope of Privite Prosecution,which brought up a violent debate in theoretical circle and judicial circle,and thus this paper is based on the self-examination of Privite Prosecution,then bring up the point that we must reserve and perfect Privite Prosecution,and build the Privite Prosecution with Chinese characteristics.
