Abstract

Prosecution is the premise for the process of litigation.The exercise of civil Prosecution right is one of the important measures for people to look for the relief right.In order to protect civil prosecution right reasonably and effectively,the author in this paper analyzes the current situation of our civil prosecution system and the existing problems,puts forward some measures to improve the system of civil prosecution.
