Abstract
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of terrainycin tablets.Methods YWG C18 column and the mobile phase of 0.05 mol·L-1 citric acid-acetonitrile(80∶20)(pH adjusted to 4.0 with triethylamine) was used,and the detection wavelength was 268 nm.Results A good linear relationship was obtained when the detection concentration range was 24~2400 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.8%(RSD=0.57%,n=6).Comclusion The method was rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible.
