Abstract
Objective To investigate the ultrosonographic features of advanced stage gallbladder cancer and estimate the value of clinical application.Methods By retrospectively analyzing the ultrosonographic feature,43 cases of advanced stage gallbladder cancer which confirmed by surgery and pathology were summarized.Results The ultrosonographic feature could be divided into 4 types: thickened gallbladder wall,mushroom type,mixed-pattern and solid state. The hepatic metastasis,hepatic infiltrating,regional lymphadenectasis,gallstones and bile duct dilating were displayed simultaneously.Conclusion Diagnosing advanced stage gallbladder cancer accurately and judging the metastasis are very important to determine clinical treatment plan.
