Abstract
目的探讨进展期胆囊癌的超声特征、临床应用价值.方法对经手术病理证实的54例进展期胆囊癌与超声结果进行了回顾性对比分析.结果超声图像分为四型:壁增厚型、蕈伞型、混合型、实块型.同时可发现肝浸润、肝转移及区域淋巴结肿大、胆管扩张、胆结石等征象.结论超声可较早发现胆囊癌,同时判定肿瘤有否转移,对临床治疗方案的制定具有重要价值.
