Abstract
In this study,a pilot-scale hybrid PAC/coagulation/ultrafiltration system was conducted to treat micro-polluted raw water in Lake Kuilei,Kunshan city. The results indicated that the system removed turbidity with a high efficiency under a PAC dose of 30 mg/L,but with a low removal efficiency for organic matter.Though the removal of CODMn was raised by additional in-line coagulation before ultrafiltration,it was less effective in UV254 removal.Particle was almost eliminated with a removal efficiency of 99%.
