Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Pneumatic Lithotripsy Under Ureteroscope in Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in treatment of ureteral calculi,handling precautions and prevention of complications.Method:We retrospectively analysed and compared the clinical effects of upper ureteral calculi(40 cases,A group),middle ureteral calculi(32 cases,B group)and lower ureteral calculi(65 cases,C group)treated by pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope.Result:The success rates of lithotripsy at lower and middle ureteral were significantly higher than those in upper ureteral(P0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of urteral caliculi with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy has less invisive,safe,effective and rapid recovery,It should be the first choice for the patients with ureteral caliculi.
