Abstract
Under the new historical conditions,it is significant to put moral education in the front in higher quality education.That putting moral education in the front in higher quality education is not only determined by the educational features and missions,but also by the objective demands of the environments home and abroad to quality education.It is the demand of reinforcing our national cohesion and prospering our nation.It is also the demand of undergraduates' development for existence.
