Abstract
The termial and axillary buds of Chinese Cherry were employed to study and the effect of plant growth regulators on the initial culture, multiplication and root regeneration was analyzed. The results showed that the most suitable primary culture medium for Chinese cherry was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L;MS medium with 1.0mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA was the most suitable for the propagation of Chinese Cherry. The propagation rate reached 11.73 times. On the other hand, the best medium to induce root was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg/L+0.1 mg/LIBA with 91.1% of rooting rate.
