Clinical observation of ultrasonic subgingival scaling combining with Yakang in the deep periodontal pocket

Objiective To explore the effects of ultrasonic subgingival combin g with Yakang in the deep periodontal pocket. Methods 200 deep periodontal pockets in 15 adult periodontitis patients by self-control were randomly divided into study group and control group based on Yakang ,those parameters of PD,GI and SB I were detected after 28 days. Results The study group demonstrated a singnifica nt improvement in PD,GI and SBI. Conclusion It is approved that the combination of Yakang and ultronsonic subgingival scaling might have important clinical volu es in deep periodontitis.
