Explorations on the Construction of Individual Bankruptcy System in China

Bankruptcy system is an important part of market economic law system.As the beginning of bankruptcy system,individual bankruptcy system should be put into the bankruptcy law.With the further development of economy and the conduction of reform and opening-up policies,theoretically or practically,we urgently need a law for individual bankruptcy.Further more,we have established the conditions for the law in China.We should,based on the practical situation in China,refer to the overseas bankruptcy law and issue our own individual bankruptcy law,so as to gradually perfect bankruptcy law in China and adjust to the international development in the field.
