Hand Protaper nickel titanium file for the old root canal treatment of clinical application research

Objective To compare the hand Protaper nickel titanium file and stainless steel K file for the old root canal treatment of clinical application research.Methods 187 elderly patients with tooth,200 a,randomly divided into two groups,group a with 100 teeth for hand Protaper nickel titanium file group and control group in 100 with a tooth for stainless steel K file group.Compare two sets of root canal preparation effect,root filling effect and root canal preparation incidence after pain.Results The root canal preparation effect higher than those in the control group,the incidence of pain after root canal preparation is lower than control group,the root canal filling rate is higher than control group fitness(P 0.05).Conclusion Hand Protaper nickel titanium file root canal preparation effect is good,root tube forming effect is good,after root canal preparation pain are relatively low,the root imitation high quality,reduce the difficulty of the old root canal preparation,it is suitable for the old root canal treatment,it is worth clinical application.
