The Research on the Technical Dilemma of the Discontinuous Innovation Program

When going on the discontinuous innovation program, we will meet with some problems such as the technical dilemma, the market dilemma, the organizational dilemma and the resource dilemma. For the Chinese corporations, the technical dilemma on the discontinuous innovation program includes two aspectthe corporations are lack of the ability of the basic research; the economic value of the discontinuous technology hasn't made full use of. So, this paper proposes that we adopt the open innovation model and the new program-managing method, and establish the correcting mechanism.
