Research on the Construction of Differentiated Innovation Model Based on Responsible Innovation in Coal Resource-based Regions

Due to the crisis of eating resources and the lack of staying power of new resources, responsible innovation is extremely important. Therefore, the key point of this paper is to establish a scientific, reasonable and effective differentiation mode in the transformation from non-innovation and blind innovation to responsible innovation mode. The reason is that the mode construction is directly related to whether the target orientation can stand the test of the legal system, the market and the public. Break through the current confusion: for example, if the innovation concept is recognized but the target model that promotes transformation cannot be found, how to select the target model reasonably and how to achieve diversification. In order to achieve high quality development under the target-oriented responsible innovation, the responsible innovation model should be implemented from the aspects of the coordination mechanism of the enterprise interest community and the government's guidance mechanism for responsible innovation. This paper studies the model construction from following perspectives, macro level, technology-economic paradigm, technological innovation process, technological innovation model, technological track evolution, and concrete pattern fusion, and proposes a feasible model. The specific models are responsibility system -- technology foresight -- organization guarantee model, market demand-driven -- green innovation as the goal model, science-mission driven model, multi-factor co-evolution model and regional personality model.
