Abstract

Open innovation is becoming an increasing and valuable practice in some leading enterprises. Open innovation have led these enterprises go out of the innovation' s dilemma and regain their profit from markets.This paper introduces the concepts of open innovation,gives relative cases and then,based on system theory,analyses the features of it.
