Clinical observation on the treatment of depressive symptoms and rheumatoid arthritis with Chaihu Shugan Powder

Abstract

Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder on depressive symptoms and rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:68 pa-tients with depressive symptoms were randomly divided into 2 groups :34 cases in control group treated with paroxetine;34 cases in treatment group treated with oral Chaihu Shugan Powder(plus-minus).Patients were regularly treated every day.After 2 months,HAMD、SAS mark were exam to evaluated the clinical efficacy and improvement of symptoms.Results: After treatment.scores of HAMD、SAS mark decreased(P0.01)and the changes were more significant in treatment group.Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve the clinical symptoms of depressive symp-toms and rheumatoid arthritis has more advantages.
