Abstract
OBJECTIVE The main reason of cerebral infarction is carotid atherosclerosis, and we aimed to investigate the the diagnostic value of Transcranial Doppler Technique(TCD)and 64-slice computed tomography angiography(CTA)in middle cerebral artery infarction.METHODS Patients with middle cerebral artery infarction were selected and were conducted by TCD and CTA.With digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as a reference, the diagnostic accuracies were compared and analyzed.RESULTS By TCD and CTA,the difference about diagnostic Ml stenosis did not show significance different, and a significant diagnostic accuracy for Ml stenosis was found.CONCLUSION CTA for the diagnosis M2 stenosis was better than TCD.
