Abstract
The university human resources management is not only the necessity for university development,but the inevitable request of the economic development and the social progress.Because of the questions existed in many ways of the university human resources management,we must carry on the innovation to the university human resources management.This paper mainly concerns four aspects which are the idea,the mechanism,the culture as well as the technology based on the analysis of innovation to the university human resources management,strive to explore the new way out.
