Abstract
Human resources in university has a unique nature: the quality and talent of its personnel training is determined by the quantity,quality and the development of its human resource.However,the status of human resource management has many problems.Focused on these apparent issues,the paper explores a new management model: a new concept of flexible management.From three aspects——the people-oriented,optimization,incentive improvement,——we try to enhance the centripetal force,cohesion and a sense of belonging of university staff,thereby contributing to the sustainable development of universities.
