Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Evacuation of hematoma were performed by small bone window craniotomy under CT orientation in 36 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Activity of daily living( ADL) was used for evaluating the therapeutic effect three months after operation. Results Evaluated by ADL, ADL Grade Ⅰ was found in 7 patients,Grade Ⅱ in 9 patients, Grade Ⅲ in 10 patients,Grade Ⅳ in 4 patients, Grade Vin 3 patients,3 patients died. The good recovery rate was 72.2% (26/36). Conclusion The small bone window craniotomy is a simple and effective therapeutic method in the treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
