Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the regularities and influencing factors of the occurrence of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)so as to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS:A total of 465 ADR cases reported by our hospital to Zhejiang ADR monitoring center from Apr.2006 to Mar.2008 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Anti-infective drugs took the lead with 315 ADR cases(67.7%)among all the ADR-inducing drugs,followed by drugs for nervous system with 39 ADR cases(8.4%);83.0% occurred intravenously followed by orally with 16.1%;54.9% of the ADR manifested as lesions of skin and its appendants;71.2% took a favorable turn vs.28.8% cured.CONCLUSION:Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to improve the quality of ADR reporting.
