Epidemiological Analysis on Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Shanting District,Zaozhuang City,2005-2010

[Objective] To explore epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Shanting district,so as to provide basis for preventing and controlling measures.[Methods]Data of pulmonary tuberculosis during 2005-2010 of Shanting district were descriptively analyzed.[Results]The number of reported pulmonary tuberculosis cases accumulated 1 210 of the last 6-year.The reported incidence rate was 41.58/105,the annual morbidity of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2005-2010 was 43.02/105,45.84/105,42.80/105,42.83/105,37.51/105,and 35.01/105,the top three were 55.49/105 in Xuzhuang,47.75/105in Xiji,and 44.59/105 in Sangcun,367.11/105 in males and 113.46/105 in females(P0.05);among 1 210 cases farmers accounted for 84.38%and students accounted for 6.03%;50-59 year olds accounted for 21.16%,60-69 year olds accounted for 17.27%,sputum examination rate was 91.30%,sputum positive rate was 64.30%.[Conclusion]The epidemic of pulmonary tuberculosis is stable in Shanting district,the morbidity of pulmonary tuberculosis is high in farmers and students.
