【Objective】 To study the role of interleukin 10 in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. 【Methods】Asthma group with ovalbumin OVA allergen preparation C57 mice model of asthma, antibody IL-10 intervention group and asthma group were 24 h, 48 h, 96 h after excitation, and 8D underwent bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL), enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in BALF by IL- 10, IL- 12, TNF- α and IgE in serum, the concentration of nitric oxide. 【Results】 IgE, the content of NO in serum TNF- α and BALF in asthma model group and intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Asthma group and intervention group in both IL- 10 and IL- 12 positive correlation, a negative correlation between IL- 10 and TNF- α in asthmatic group, IgE. Concentration of IL- 10 antibody intervention group and IL- 10 concentration of TNF- α, IgE, NO in linear regression analysis, showed negative correlation. 【Conclusion】 IL- 10 may be is involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma throughout the process, with reduced IL-10 content, bronchial asthma aggravated sexual. Therefore in bronchial asthma in different periods to detect IL- 10 levels has important clinical significance.
