Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate for the patients of hypertension. Methods The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group ( n = 50) and the control group (n = 50). The observation group was treated with amlodipine nifedipine and the control group was treated with nifedipine. All groups were detected the effect and the changes of high blood pressure symptoms after treatment. Results The antihypertensive effect and the degree of symptom improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P 0.05 and 0.01). Conclusion It has an advantage to use amlodipine besylate to treat the hypertension, amlodipine besylate is suitable for clinical application.
