Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of interventions targeted to AIDS high risk sex behavior among MSM Methods Anonymous questionnaires were adopted to inquire MSM Data were analyzed by Spss soft-wares Results In recent years,the incidence of anal sex and the rate of unprotected sex without a condom among the MSM who received intervention for over l year were less than those among the MSM who received intervention for under l year(P0 05) The situations which included the number of sex partners,casual partners,non-local sex partners and non-local casual sex parthers the rate of protected and unprotected anal intercourse(P0 05) and the rate of looking for casual partners in public places and participating in sex trade and group sex activities were improving to certain extent along with timing of interventions,but the differences were statistically insignificant(P0 05) Conclusion The AIDS-related high risk sex behaviors among MSM might be reduced by health intervention Nevertheless,such intervention program is a long-term and complex work,and need to be persisted over time
