Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods A total of 30 cases of MCI patients were selected and received the nursing intervention and health management.The effect of the intervention was evaluated before the intervention,right after the last intervention and three weeks after the intervention respectively.Results After the intervention,the scores of cognitive function,MCI's knowledge and behavior assessment were higher than before.The score of MCI patients' attitude assessment was lower than before.The differences were statistically significant(P0.01 or P0.05).There was no significant difference between the scores measured three weeks after the intervention and right after the last intervention(P0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the cognitive function and increase the level of knowledge,attitude and behavior of MCI patients.Continous nursing intervention is need for patients.
