Analysis of outpatient prescriptions in the first half of 2009

Objective To understand informations about outpatient prescription writing and drug using of qingshen people's hospital,and to analyze problems in it.Methods Randomly selected hospital out-patient prescription 12 000,situations of prescription writing quality and rational use of drugs were analyzed.Results 1 174(9.78%)prescriptions were found to be unqualified.Conclusion The quality of the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was qualified on the whole,but there were some problems remained to be tackled.Prescription writing and auditing should be strengthened.
