The observation of curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule for 100 patients with upper respiratory tract infection and pneumoniaobservation

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules on the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection and pneumonia observation.Methods: 100 cases of upper respiratory tract infection with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,and each group was made of fifty people.The experimental group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Capsule,and everyone took 4 capsules three time daily for 7 days.The control group had same treatment with the experimental group,but did not receive Lianhua Qingwen Capsule.We observed the curative effect in the treatment process of the third day,7 days and 10 days.Results: The heating resolve time,cough elapsed time,chest radiograph shadow dissipation and course of the disease were obviously shorter in the experiment group than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P0.01,P0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule in treatment of patients with upper respiratory tract infection and pneumonia is reliable,and Lianhua Qingwen Capsule can have the good effect on the fever,cough and the control of lung infection.
