Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of insulin and insulin in patients with type 2 diabetic patients who were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents after treatment. Methods Type 2 diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control after treatment with oral hypoglycemic agents were selected as the research object. According to the method of random sampling, 100 patients were divided into control group 50 cases and observation group of 50 cases. The two groups were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents, the control group were injected with the medium effect insulin before bedtime, the observation group of patients with intravenous injection of insulin before bedtime. After 12 weeks of treatment, two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment, fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), body weight were detected and compared, and the occurrence of hypoglycemia events in the two groups were observed. Results Compared with before treatment, two groups of patients after treatment 2 h PG, TC, TG, FBG,weight were significantly decreased(P0.05); Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly more than the index of the indicators were significantly(P0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 32%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The effect of the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control after oral hypoglycemic agents is not good.
