Constitutional Thinking of Economic Development and Legal Construction in Ethnic Areas

China always attached importance to develop the ethnic areas,Constitution,Article IV provisions on national issues,the development of ethnic areas has made a programmatic requirements.Since the reform and opening up,the economic society in ethnic areas the rapid development,the national legal system construction has made great achievements in safeguarding the ethnic areas,and the sustainable development of society and economy provides good economic and legal protection.However,compared with other domestic areas,the economic development in ethnic areas still face bottleneck,agree with the national characteristics of the construction of legal system is still a long-term task.How to combine them in the context of the constitution,promote the comprehensive consideration of economic society in ethnic areas of sustainable development,and it is of great theoretical research value and practical operation significance.
