Abstract

In market economy,in order to grasp precious chance,to develop continuously,fast,balancely and stably,the development of ethnic economy should be based on ethnic legal construction.Conforming to requirements of strategic target of the eleventh program of five years,and in order to enhance people′s legal knowledge,to accelerate balancedly economic development of 56 nations in our country,this paper analyzes theoretical and practical significance of ethnic legal construction for development of ethnic economy.
