Esthetic Effect of 3M Filtek Z350 Nano-composite Resin in Restoring Maxillary Anterior Teeth Space

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the 3M Z350 nano-composite in restorating maxillary anterior teeth space.Methods One hundred patients in need of restoration of anterior teeth space were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.Experimental group used Z350 nano resin for teeth space restoration,but control group was treated with composite resin VOCO for front teeth.The clinical efficacy was observed and compared.Results The surgical success rate of the two groups was of no significant difference in both groups after 6 months(P 0.05),but significant difference was found between two groups 1 year and 2 years after repairing(P 0.05).Conclusions Z350 nano resin for repair of anterior teeth space has high successful rate,and is worthy of application.
