Experimental Teaching Reform on the Background of "3-3" Teaching Plan

Abstract
According to the requirements of the new teaching reform plan,a serial of experiment teaching reforms was conducted in Nanjing University to cultivate students' innovation and practice ability.Taking into account the advantage of the experimental teaching center in each college,an experimental teaching system was established which can fulfill students' diversified development.This paper expatiated on the purpose and requirements of the 3-3 teaching plan and analyzed the practice teaching system and actuality of the experimental teaching in Nanjing University.Besides,it summarized the effective experience for experimental teaching in recent years,and discussed the problems and difficulties in experimental teaching.Furthermore,in view of some weaknesses in the experimental teaching,it proposed some measures for the reform of the experimental teaching.
