Reform and Innovation of Teaching Philosophy in Economics and Management Teaching Demonstration Center

The economics and management major plays an important role in the process of China 's economic construction and social development. The construction of an open economics and management experimental teaching center requires constant reform and innovation of experimental teaching and the improvement of the overall quality of teaching. Taking into consideration of the characteristics and advantages of Jinan University,a comprehensive practice teaching reform based on virtual simulation experiment + school-enterprise cooperation was carried out,and experimental teaching idea of strengthening foundation,emphasizing practice,and combining personality training with innovation ability cultivation was put forward. Under the guidance of this experimental teaching idea, a multidimensional and interaction innovation experimental teaching system was constructed including theoretical teaching,experimental teaching and extracurricular practice etc. Besides,according to the teaching characteristics of different majors,multi-dimensional teaching methods were proposed which can meet the requirements of different courses.
