Ccurative Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Therapy in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method: 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Microwave,intermediate frequency,mechanical traction,massage,Acupuncture and Cupping for Asthma,rehabilitation motion therapy.While the control group was treated with mechanical traction,massage Acupuncture and Cupping for Asthma.The cure rate,the total effective rate and the pain VAS score of two groups were evaluated.Result:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P0.01).After treatment,the pain VAS score of two group were both obviously lower than before(P0.01),and score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive therapy in patients with lumbar disc herniation is significant.It's valuable to relieve the symptoms of pain in patients.
