Abstract
Objective:To compare the exploration and care of the recovery time of self-voiding function for patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods:88 patients admitted to our hospital for the diagnosis of cervical cancer recently were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group of 48 cases was taken with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group of 40 cases was given conventional nursing intervention.Take 2-3 months follow-up for all patients, the clinical efficacy, residual urine volume and urinary retention incidence of depression scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score changes of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared between the two groups, the residual urine volume and urinary reservoir remain the incidence of SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group of patients were better than the control group(p0.05),and clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 95.8%higher than the control group of 85.0%(P0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect for radical resection of the use of the comprehensive nursing intervention in cervical cancer was significant, can significantly reduce the patient's residual urine volume and urinary retention incidence.By a series of physiological effects,it can improve the clinical efficacy of patients in order to make it to the lowest in the negative aspect.
