Abstract
At present,the graduates' employment is confronted with challenges and difficulties.Universities should have the awareness of employment being the most important work,guiding the graduates to form the conception of flexible employment and self development,to go to work in the West,the rural areas,workshops,non-state-run enterprises.Universities should focus on teaching administration to improve teaching quality,set up employment bases to widen employment market,create favourable environments in which everyone is involved annd external multi-support environments.Universities should reinforce employment working system and the construction of the employment staff,carry out objective management from universities to colleges to improve employment rate.
