Abstract

Rural cadres are not only the nexuses of the effective management and guiding work of upper party committee and government,but also the leaders who helps to advance the socialist rural construction.Therefore,rural cadres must achieve the aspects in idea innovation: upright guiding thought;well image;sticking to organization principle;fair work;building united atmosphere;pragmatism;rapid economic development;right working method;maintaining stability;the best performance.
